1: Embarking on our quest to deliver superior cotton with the best quality control:
Firstly, Manufacturers clean the cotton fibers through mechanical cleaning to separate and purify them.
Afterward, manufacturers moisturize, compact them into cakes, and treat them in kiers—special vessels then they heat and pressurize them through wet purification.
2: Scouring & Purifying
They rinse the cotton thoroughly after the scouring process in kiers with a sodium hydroxide solution.
Subsequently, it undergoes a Totally Chlorine process using hydrogen peroxide to remove color.
After settling and rinsing, a "fiber finish" solution is applied to meet Amek quality control and the end-user's specifications before draining the kier.
3: Opening & Drying
After bleaching, manufacturers separate cotton cakes into tufts, dry them, and tailor them to our goals and client specifications, including moisture, density, softness, and color.
4: Total Contamination Control
Equipped with advanced technology, our machinery effectively removes foreign matter from start to finish, minimizing waste and ensuring complete contamination control.
